If your pet is in need of a prescription refill please contact us via email or Petdesk. Our email address is heartofankeny@gmail.com. If you are sending an email please include the following information:
- Patient name
- Name of medication to be refilled
- Quantity requested
Please note that by law we must have a valid Veterinary Client Patient Relationship (VCPR) in order to prescribe medications for your pet. This means your pet must have been examined at our practice within the last 12 months. All prescriptions must be approved by a doctor. We will notify you via text or phone when your pet's prescription is approved and ready to be picked up.
