What can you find in our online store?
- Most products that we carry in hospital can also be ordered from our online store and delivered right to your front door!
- Many products that we don't offer in store can also be found here including dog food, treats, medications, and all brands/types of flea/tick and heartworm prevention.
- Royal Canin, Hills Science Diet, and Purina brand dog/cat foods can be purchased for home delivery.
- Regular refills of medication or pet food can be set up for auto-ship, which will save you more money and ensure you don't run out.
How does it work?
- Find what you need on our store and place your order for delivery.
- If it is a prescription item it will send our Veterinary staff a message letting us know you are requesting the medication/food, etc.
- Our staff will review your pet's medical record and authorize the prescription, and your product will then be shipped.
- Non prescription items will ship immediately.
- Most items take 5-7 days for shipment, but shipping fees are free on orders $49 and up.
How do you get started?
- Click on the link above which will take you directly to our online store.
- Use the search bar to search for the product you are looking to order.
- Once you have located the product click on it to review details and add to your cart.
- You will be prompted to create an account to track your purchases and shipments.
- If you are already a client at Heart of Ankeny Animal Hospital your pet's information should autofill when you complete your sign in process.
